The 2 weeks after the 3 day reboot

Most likely you have just finished the 3 day reboot   and are looking for next steps. Reboot was important for a variety of reasons - take a pause, flush toxins etc. Now it's time to build real health. Good news is that some of the practices you have institutionalized in these 3 days continue as is. for the next 2 weeks follow the following guidelines to the best of your ability for maximum benefit  Two weeks of sustained cleansing  Daily meals - stay the course with what you used throughout the 3 day reboot plan  . Drop the psyllium husk(isabgol) from the drinks. We introduced husk primarily to assist with flushing and cleansing and it has served it's purpose. It's great to use it 6 months later again for the same purpose. Sort of like Spring and Fall cleaning routine.  These 2 weeks  A - Stay with  1. Dal without tadka.
