Notes -
1) All ingredients below are Organic
2) All seeds, grains, nuts need to be
a) Soaked at a minimum
b) Sprouted is amazing
c) Fermented is ideal
3) Add water at least an inch above the level of all ingredients in blender (ideally a Vitamix), blend and enjoy
4) Powders are only used to make it travel friendly, when at home - use real veggies, fruits etc.
