Use this vegetable smoothie recipe as a baseline and add/remove vegetables to/from it. Go light on fruits. They are good but also have sugar, treat fruits as a replacement for candy 
  1. broccoli – 2 flowers
  2. celery – half of a single stem
  3. green apple – 1
  4. lemon – 1
  5. greens – handful or as much as you can stuff in blender
  6. cucumber – ¼
  7. dried figs – 2
  8. Water (purified with no chlorine, flouride and other chemicals) – enough so ingredients are under water and give the blender enough room to churn/blend. Add a pinch of Himalayan rock/pink salt 

here are additional vegetables you can add to the baseline recipe based on availability and your own systems tolerance of certain vegetable types 
  1. Bok Choy (1/2 of a leaf) 
  2. Mint leaves (especially good in summer) - 4-6
  3. Fennel stem - 2" 
  4. Beetroot - small slice. say 1/8th of a standard sized Beetroot 
If you are active and working out a lot or engage in high endurance sports or just want to switch some veggies out for a change, then add rich sources of protein and/ nutrition like these 
  1. Peas - handful of frozen peas
  2. Green beans - handful 
  3. Carrots - handful 
  4. Squash - 1/4th 
  5. Chia Seeds - 1 Tablespoon (soaked and/or sprouted) ...

Mask ingredients (all organic ) :  Oils - Coconut cold pressed, Castor  Herbs (all raw - leaf and/or stem, no powders or extracts) - Giloy, Kadee patta, Neem, Tulsi Fruits - Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Beetroot Vegetables - Celery, Cucumber Steps :  1) grind all herbs, vegetables and fruits and/or peels with just enough water in vitamix so it makes a thick paste  2) pass through chchalnee (optional) to separate any extremely mota left overs 3) add coconut and castor oil . coconut oil might be solid , so after churning herbs / veggies in vitamix add it and blend gently (skip too high speed or heating oil - that changes it for worse ..)  Keep:  ideally in fridge. just keep enough out to last for a day or so in a katori Cheers and share with family, friends .. Have fun with your home made products.
