- 1/2 inch raw haldi(turmeric) - Anti-inflammatory
- 1/2 inch raw adrak(ginger) - Anti-inflammatory
- 3-5 raw black pepper seeds - works great to make haldi bio-available (easily absorb-able)
- 5-6 Fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/2 celery stick
- few drops of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar - Pro-biotic

- 1/4 carrot or 2-3 small baby carrots
- 1/2 green apple
