Based on the # of springs, quality of springs and density etc. - they can interfere with bodies' natural magnetic fields. Go with the season - if it’s season for berries , have them . if it’s not , slow down and/or skip .. nature’s way of cycling . just because it’s available 365 days a year does not mean nature intended for us to have it round the year .. FAST and FAST often, say once every ekadashi or whatever day you like every 1/2/4 weeks . When the body FASTs, the immune system heals - it’s as simple as that .
