is it pollen?

Allergy issues? Is it really and only pollen that is at the root cause? could be, but let's peel the onion just a little and see what else could be at play here

One simple strategy for monitoring is signing up for daily pollen count alerts from  https://www.pollen.com/tools and sign up for pollen alerts. Over time you will see which specific pollens are the most issue causing for the body. .... One very imp. thing to keep in mind is this - it is not the pollen that is the only issue . it is the following things in no order of priority

1. Our bodies were not born here, so there is adaptation going on ... now that can take one year or a lifetime but it is imp to consider it. if we take our basmati rice from Dehradun and plant it in our backyard, it will not grow ... because the seed does not recognize the environment here. Our bodies are a similar seed, if they were born / raised in Himalayan Kumaon region, they experience a disconnect in Appalachians . For this specific item, we have to find ways to intentionally integrate body with the environment here - i.e. Sun/ground/water/air ... there are some very easy ways for starters like bare feet walking in our backyard when sun is out ..

2. Pollen carries everything which the plants have been sprayed with. This is the major blind spot for 99.999% of all US medical professionals and even WW. We are one of the only countries which has yet not banned Glyphosate (Bayer/Monsanto product - Round-up - it is a weed killer, deadly carcinogen and poison) - so all grass, all farms are sprayed with it throughout the year. when it is spring and fall , pollen carries all of this poison to our bodies. our medical system here considers it to be a pollen allergy and prescribes medication for suppressing the messages coming from the immune system. essentially suppresses the immune system.  ... in short term there is not a whole lot we can change , but these small actions help

a) at least do not put roundup in your own backyard as we are inhaling all of it every single day causing endocrine / immune system issues

b) consume organic produce only. it is not perfect , but closer to what nature intended foods to be .. at least as much as possible

c) get Glycine everyday . it is an essential amino acid. Glyphosate's are also built on Glycine backbone so body thinks we are giving it good nutrition . it's like a software trojan horse / virus -- body get confused and integrates the glyphosate in our bodies and brains immediately. With adequate Glycine ingestion , body is already saturated and hence Glyphosate integration can be reduced significantly .. Thorne is a good brand btw for this

3) find a way body likes to increase and develop respiratory capacity . Walks are good, but in the absence of at least 20-30 minute of somewhat intense cardio at least 3-5 times a week, our breathing and hence nutrition (oxygen carries all nutrients to every portion of body) pathways are severely impaired .    if you can combine that intense cardio activity with a few hundred rounds of Kapaal Bhaati - it will exponentially increase bodies ability to detoxify every single moment ...

4) and lastly but not the least , at least during spring and fall times . say during both navratre - see if you can avoid or greatly reduce Dairy, Vegetable Oils, Gluten and Simple sugars - all of these , especially in excess cause nasal pathways and cellular level inflammation ... allergy symptoms are just a symptom we notice because of breathing issues, but there is a ton more damage happening inside which we do not see. reducing the inflammation load at least during fall and spring time helps the body detox easily and keeps the inflammation of breathing pathways to it's lowest level ....

there are some simple steps you can integrate from a nutritional point of view available here

cheers and wish you optimal health today and always : )

Unlocking the Pharmacy within

# 1 - Reading, watching, listening material  Food supplies ~ 1/3rd of the nutrition our bodies need. and relatively speaking it is the easy part. The rest ⅔ rds take a little bit more conscious work. In no order of priority, these elements constitute rest 2/3rd : 0) Epi-Genetics NOT Genes  Genes -  do NOT determine whether a person gets Diabetes (or most other diseases). Genes predispose us to certain things, but Epi-Genetics, i.e. the conditions that are created in the body for conditions to either manifest or stay dormant are responsible for onset and progression of disease. Of course there are exceptions like Type 1 Diabetes and other at-birth conditions Epi-Genetics, meaning the conditions then are created and managed by a few things a) our beliefs and patterns  b) Food – we put ~ 1000 pounds of food or food like objects in our bodies every year. If a few mg of nsaids and statins have such noticeable impacts, what is the impact / contribution of a 1000 pounds of ...
